VIRO is a symbol of quality and durability.
There are two areas in which Viro leads all European competitors:
- Electromechanical locks:
All locks of this type are equipped with a removable double coil, which evenly distributes the load and ensures high reliability and durability of the lock.
Body and cover plates of most locks are made of steel with different surface treatments (zinc plated, metallic bronze or coated in anthracite-metallic zinc finish).
Most locks have a removable hard brass latchbolt and can be secured externally and internally.
-padlocks
Most Viro locks are made of satin brass, with rounded edges to prevent rubbing.
The Viro locks are among the strongest locks thanks to their unique structure: mushroom-shaped countersunk pins prevent the lock from being cut out and in many models the key structure is such that when the shackle is open the key cannot be removed from the lock. (The customer is therefore sure that the lock is locked when the key is on him).
The shackles and jaw bolts of most locks are made of hardened and case hardened steel for burglary protection and are plated with copper, nickel and chrome plating for high corrosion resistance.
Most Viro products are UNI EN 1232 certified by the European supervisory authorities
